Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as selected international destinations.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Velnaro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building reception
- Contact your local post office
- Reach out to us at velnaro.support@gmail.com
We will do our best to assist you in locating your package. However, Velnaro is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
